Welcome to the official blog for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, the Triple-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies. We’re very excited about all the possibilities for this new blog and we look forward to providing fans of the Sky Sox and Rockies an insight into the world of a Triple-A franchise from the field to the front office. Opening Day is right around the corner, Thursday, April 9th, and the Sky Sox will begin their 2009 campaign with an eight-game home stand against the Las Vegas 51s, the Triple-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays, and the Reno Aces, the Triple-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
