In last night’s 2-1 Las Vegas victory over the Sky Sox, closer Jim Miller blew his third save of the season and picked up his fourth loss. It was the third time in the last 12 games that Miller has blown a save and taken the loss in the same game, also accomplishing the dubious feat on 6/18 and 6/19 at Tucson. The most recent occurrence comes a day after Miller was announced as the Sky Sox lone representative in the 2011 All-Star Game.
