The Sky Sox took the season series from the Las Vegas 51s 9-7 after yesterday’s 11-4 victory. The Sox offense was bolstered by Chris Nelson who hit two three-run home runs, one in the second to give the Sox a 6-1 lead and the other in the sixth to stretch the lead to 11-3. Nelson finished 4-for-5 with three runs scored and six RBI on the day. It was the second multi home run game of Nelson’s Sky Sox career while the six RBI were a career-high.
