For the fifth time this season, the Sky Sox were beaten by Mother Nature and had Saturday’s game postponed due to inclement weather in Des Moines, Iowa. As a result the Sox and Iowa Cubs are set to play a series-ending doubleheader this morning beginning at 10:08 a.m. The Sky Sox are sitting at 1-5 on the road trip, have lost the first two games of the series to the Cubs and look to have a big bounce-back day today to round out the trip.
Colorado Springs returns home tomorrow and is set to open up an 8-game homestand with four games against both the Round Rock Express (Rangers Affiliate) and Oklahoma City Dodgers (Dodgers Affiliate). Here’s all of the information you need to make plans to get out to Security Service Field! Hope to see you there!!!
