The Colorado Springs Sky Sox defeated the Fresno Grizzlies 13-5 to snap a season high five-game losing streak Tuesday night.
Four Sky Sox players recorded three hits to pace the Sox offense: Eric Young Jr. (3-for-5, 3R, RBI), Charlie Blackmon (3-for-4, 3R, 2RBI), Chris Nelson (3-for-4, 3R, 3RBI) and Josh Fields (3-for-5, R, 2RBI).
Brad Emaus also contributed with his first home run of the season and finished 2-for-4 with a run scored and three RBI.
Sox starter John Maine (1-1, 7.16) settled in after working in and out of trouble in the first four innings to get his first win of the year for the Sox, allowing four runs (three earned) on six hits over six innings of work.
With the win, the Sox improve to 12-14 on the year while the Grizzlies fall to 13-13.

- Grizzlies catcher Tyler Latorre pitched the eighth inning for Fresno. It was the first time a Grizzlies position player has pitched against the Sky Sox since Jake Wald did it on June 4th, 2009 in a 16-8 Sky Sox victory.
